Three years mentoring PASHA Holding's KickBox, then building two of its graduates
Three cohorts. ~12 startups. Two graduates taken end-to-end to production.
PASHA Holding's KickBox program (now WeStart) puts intrapreneurs through a Red Box → Blue Box → Gold Box ladder. Across three consecutive cohorts we sat on the external mentor bench. When two graduated ideas needed engineering capacity their founders did not have, PASHA returned to us as the build partner. Both products are live in production.
