What we collect
When you contact us, by form, by email, or through a booking link, we collect the information you give us: name, email, organisation, and whatever you write in the message. We do not enrich it against third-party profiles.
What we use it for
Only for replying and scoping a potential engagement. We do not add contacts to marketing lists. We do not sell or share data with third parties beyond the tools we use to operate (email, calendar, CRM).
How long we keep it
Active conversations: for the duration of the conversation and one year after the last message. Engagement records: for seven years, as required by Azerbaijani accounting law.

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics with no personal identifiers. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@emotix.az.
