From “can we build this?” to a go/no-go, in two weeks.
Use-case brief, data-gap audit, technical architecture, cost & ROI model, and a clear go/no-go. We run this before any build, it saves a quarter of work and a lot of conviction capital.
A small studio that ships AI-first products, and advises selectively. Four years of shipping in Baku, engaged globally.
bolt AI onto existing craft. The architecture is set, the UX is locked, and the model shows up in month three as a feature. The result looks impressive in demos and breaks in production. Old discipline, new paint.
starts with a question the old agency cannot answer: what does this product look like if intelligence is free, ambient, and adaptive? Architecture shifts. UX shifts. The business model shifts. We have spent four years building this practice.
We build products this way.
We advise teams who want to build this way too.
Use-case brief, data-gap audit, technical architecture, cost & ROI model, and a clear go/no-go. We run this before any build, it saves a quarter of work and a lot of conviction capital.
One feature, one milestone, one production ship. RAG over internal docs, an embedded assistant, smart search, or a specific generative surface. Designed for trust: uncertainty states, confidence signals, human-in-loop overrides.
Azerbaijani dialect handling, formal/informal register, Latin/Cyrillic dual-script, and bank-grade compliance patterns. Built for Birbank-style contact centres, ASAN service lines, and any product that needs to speak to Azerbaijani users the way they actually speak.
Experience audit, jobs-to-be-done map, 90-day roadmap, and measurement framework. Same two-week shape as the AI sprint, paired, we take a product from fuzzy ambition to a costed plan in under a month.
One senior designer plus one researcher or AI engineer, embedded in your team, in your Slack, your standups, your roadmap reviews. Fractional head-of-design capacity for the region’s banks, fintechs, and regulated-industry teams.
Small team, sharp scope, working product at the end. We architect, design, build, and ship, with AI woven through, not pasted on. The default engagement for teams that need momentum.

The interesting question is not whether to use AI. It is what a product becomes when you build as if intelligence is free.
The word stopped doing useful work. Here is what we replaced it with and why clients noticed.
Emotix was founded in 2022 by Aqshin Rajabov, sixteen years in product design, past work at Deutsche Bank, Electronic Arts, Acun Medya, and HotHead Games. The studio began as a UX practice and became an AI-native product studio as the category became possible.
We work with a small number of clients at a time, deliberately. We ship our own products between engagements, also deliberately. Both practices make the other sharper.
We also run Emotix School, teaching product designers how to work AI-native. Four hundred and more designers have passed through since 2020.
